This will be my second round of using this vatamin stack. Revamped my supplementation about a month and got rid of some very overpriced products that made claims they could not support. My own body health and how i felt every day told me wrong supplements and so expensive. this vitamin stack has been very good and has helped ensure getting enough D3, K2 in combination for bone health overal body health and supporting glutathione production and other metabolic pathways critical for health, and mitochondrial health and ATP energy production. The multi vitamin is also key here and contains all the vitamins, plus minerals, and critical trace elements and all in methylated formulas.
