may be the answer for people who need this supplement, but not for me, the taste makes me gag and I really wanted to try to work around it and make it work to see the results, but that couldn't stop my natural reactions which were to gag and eventually dry heave it up because its such a small amount - I decided its not worth it if that is the cost - there has to be a better way, for me anyhow! Thanks for caring!!

I really can tell the difference in how I feel after taking this now for a while. In the beginning, the taste was really offputting. But now because it makes me feel so much better. I look forward to taking it. Strange how that happens. I feel like it helps heal my body from any toxins I may be exposed to. I love it!
