I take this stuff and I’m asleep within 30 minutes. Hard sleep at first, almost immediately into Deep Sleep and REM shortly after (according to a Garmin watch). However, I still suffer from waking up at 3am each night and having trouble falling back asleep. Overall, these do the job if you need help falling asleep. Will continue to buy.
