PERFECT AMINO has its largest impact when taken on its own. This is because other foods can slow its absorption and, to a small degree, lessen its effect.

So take PERFECT AMINO away from other foods, either 30 minutes before eating or 1-2 hours after eating for best results, but if you can’t – still take it, as it will still benefit you nearly as much.

One serving of PERFECT AMINO is 5 tablets or 1 scoop of powder. Most people will take 2-4 servings per day, some more depending on their goals.

But for best results, the first time you take PERFECT AMINO (PA) during the day you should take 2 servings together, either 10 tablets or 2 scoops of powder, or 1 scoop of powder and 5 tablets.

The powders can be mixed with water, juice, pre or post workout formulas, a smoothie, and even coffee. (Mocha, Chocolate and Vanilla PA tastes fantastic in coffee, and it can even be used in baking up to 500°).

The powder is best mixed in 10-20 ounces of liquid. Different people have different tastes and so some will feel it’s too sweet, while others not sweet enough.

GENERAL USE: HEALTH, MUSCLE, ANTI-AGING, SKIN, IMMUNE SUPPORT, SLEEP & MOOD

1 serving (5 grams) of PERFECT AMINO® compares to approximately:

This will give you the equivalent in protein building inside the body, but without the caloric impact of the other protein sources.

TAKING PERFECT AMINO WHEN WORKING OUT:

When working out, the most important times to take PA are 20-30 minutes before your workout and then again before bed. And it can be taken with pre and post workout drinks.

PERFECT AMINO is fully absorbed into the bloodstream in an average of 23 minutes. So taking 2 servings 20-30 minutes before a workout allows it to be present and able to start repair as muscle damage occurs during the workout.

Due to this, it also increases endurance to allow for longer workouts.

Taking it again before bed then provides your body with what it needs for fuller recoveries.

Lean Bulking is where we add significant lean muscle, bulking, without at the same time adding excess body fat, so there is no point for cutting. And, if we do have some excess body fat to lose, we trim this off while still building.

Lean Body is for those who don’t want to add significant lean muscle, but instead want to create a slim, toned and shaped body, while slimming down.

These programs are very effective and results come quick.

CAN I TAKE MORE PERFECT AMINO?

Some people have asked how much PERFECT AMINO they can take and if taking more will help more. 

First, taking more will help more. You would be surprised at the levels of muscle growth you can get naturally when increasing PA intake.

How much you can take is up to you.

Protein toxicity doesn’t come from consuming too much protein. It comes from the break down of amino acids in the protein we ate that were not used by the body.

When amino acids are broken down they release nitrogen. And too much nitrogen can overwhelm the liver and kidneys.

However, with PERFECT AMINO, there is almost no amino acid breakdown as it’s near 99% utilized to build new protein. So there is almost no nitrogen release.

Taking 10 servings of PERFECT AMINO in a day, if it is all used, would result in the same impact on the kidneys as taking about 3 grams of Whey.

But this is only if it is all used.

If all unused, taking 24 grams of PERFECT AMINO would still only produce the same amount of nitrogen as 30 grams of whey does on its own.

But you would have to take about 35-40 grams of PERFECT AMINO at once to get 24 unused grams.

There are some people who do extreme workout schedules and take 8-10 servings per day and see significant results.

This would also depend on your body size. A larger body can take in more amino acids for use.

There are other athletes who do marathons, ultra marathons or Ironman races. They generally take 2 servings every 2 hours.

However, to get the best results when doing this, space the amino acids out. The body can only fully use about 10 grams (2 servings) of PERFECT AMINO at time. (If you have a much larger body, 3 servings at once are okay).

Space out the PERFECT AMINO by about 1-2 hours, and only if you are working out strenuously.

If you want to start high, it’s best to start with 6 servings in a day and then increase from there as needed.
