Shipping Policy

 SHIPPING CLASSES:

BodyHealth utilizes USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Shipping and DHL shipping services. Most orders are shipped via USPS 1st class or priority mail. Larger orders are shipped via UPS.

 

SHIPPING TIMES:

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Clearwater, Florida, usually within 3 business days.

If you need expedited shipping, please select that option at checkout.

Once your package has left the BodyHealth offices, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. 

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Once your package leaves the BodyHealth offices, please allow 2–3 business days transit time for FedEx 2Day or FedEx Express Shipping.


PLEASE NOTE: While BodyHealth offices and our customer service team are closed on weekends, our fulfillment center processes and ships orders seven days a week. Orders placed with expedited shipping are prioritized and will ship as quickly as possible, including on weekends when applicable.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

At BodyHealth, we want to make it easy and affordable for you to receive your favorite products quickly and reliably. That’s why we offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.

For one-time purchase orders totaling $35 or more, standard shipping is free. Orders below that amount ship for a small flat rate of $4.95, or you can upgrade to expedited shipping for $8.50. When your one-time purchase order qualifies for free shipping, you can still choose expedited delivery at a discounted rate of just $3.95.

If your order includes at least one subscription product, you’ll enjoy even greater savings. Orders of $25 or more that include a subscription item qualify for free standard shipping, while smaller orders under $25 ship for the same low rates of $4.95 standard or $8.50 expedited. Just like with one-time purchases, qualifying subscription orders can upgrade to expedited shipping for $3.95.

Please note that free shipping applies to domestic retail orders only. Shipping rates, carriers, and promotions may change without notice, but we’ll always do our best to provide the most affordable and reliable delivery options available.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We use International carriers including DHL Express International, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide and others, providing tracking numbers upon shipment. Please note that each carrier has different tracking methods, so be sure to check their respective websites for terms and conditions. 

Shipping times may vary for all carriers, so we encourage you to check the shipping estimates when selecting shipping methods at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, please be aware that shipping and customs delays for international shipments are common and beyond our control.

Our international shipping fees are consolidated and include shipping, taxes, and duty fees whenever possible. This means you’ll see these costs up front at checkout, ensuring there are no unexpected charges and that your order reaches your doorstep without delays or being held at customs.

In most cases, these taxes and duties are collected during checkout. However, in rare situations where these fees are not charged at the time of purchase, you may be responsible for paying them directly to your country’s customs office upon delivery or pickup of your package.

International shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
