  Magnesium Malate

  While there are many forms of magnesium available on the market, magnesium malate has demonstrated the highest bioavailability and efficacy for supplements. Found naturally in fruits, this compound is formed by combining pure magnesium with malic acid.

  To achieve high hydrogen concentrations in liquid without requiring a closed container or expensive machinery, we suspend the magnesium malate in a proprietary blend of:

• H2 Infuse Usage Guide

  • Dissolve 1 tablet in 12-16oz of purified water. A sealed bottle is not necessary.
  • It's recommended to use glass or other non-reactive containers.
  • Drink immediately and repeat up to 3x per day.
  • Do not swallow tablets directly.
  • Store tablets at room temp.
  • H2 Infuse will generate about 8ppm of molecular hydrogen per tablet in 500mL of purified water within 2 minutes without using a closed container.
  • As a fitness aid, take 1 serving just prior to workouts
  • As a fitness recovery aid, take just after activities.

  Q: How quickly do I need to drink my hydrogen water?
  

  A: It is most effective if taken immediately, as the H2 gradually loses potency as your hydrogen water is exposed to the air.

   

  Q: Can I put my H2 water in a bottle and drink it throughout the day?

  A: We recommend drinking the infused water immediately, as the H2 will gradually dissipate. Leaving H2 water in a water bottle will cause it to turn back into regular water quickly, and it will lose the H2.

   

  Q: Can I refrigerate my H2 Infused water?

  A: If you want to refrigerate your hydrogen water, you must put it into a hermetically sealed container with no air gap. Any exposure to the air will cause a gradual loss of hydrogen and a loss of potency and effectiveness.

   

  Q: Can I take H2 Infuse every day?

  A: Yes! It is most effective when taken once per day, and the results from a single dose can last up to two or three weeks.

   

  Q: How much H2 Infuse should I take each day?

  A: We recommend at least one serving, but no more than 3 servings per day. Taking more than one serving per day may or may not result in added benefits based on your body's ability to use it. We recommend that you experiment with your servings and continue with what works best for your body or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

   

  Q: Can I apply hydrogen water to my skin?

  A: Yes – your skin can benefit from the antioxidant properties of H2 when you apply the infused water to your face or any other part of your skin. You can apply it with a cloth or directly to the skin and leave it to work for a few minutes.
