Ingredients to make hot chocolate on a wooden table.

Easy and Healthy Vegan Sea Salted Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

  • 10oz of Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk (Can substitute with almond or another non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of organic raw cacao powder
  • 1 pinch Monkfruit (Can substitute stevia)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

  1. Combine milk and cacao in pot or saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Break the clumps using a whisk and keep stirring until smooth and hot.
  3. Garnish with Sea Salt
  4. Add cacao nibs, star anise, cinnamon, nutmug, clove or non-dairy whipped topping to taste!
