10oz of Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk (Can substitute with almond or another non-dairy milk)
1 tablespoon of organic raw cacao powder
1 pinch Monkfruit (Can substitute stevia)
Pinch of sea salt
Combine milk and cacao in pot or saucepan on medium heat.
Break the clumps using a whisk and keep stirring until smooth and hot.
Garnish with Sea Salt
Add cacao nibs, star anise, cinnamon, nutmug, clove or non-dairy whipped topping to taste!
