Perform Proper Planks - Nail It Like A Pro, How To Do The Perfect Plank

You probably think like most people that crunches are the best at creating those 6-pack abs your looking for but they are not the only effective way. A great way to impact your abs is with planks. Planks build muscle, strengthen core & stability. Planks build up more than just abs. Planks impact the back, chest, shoulders and neck. The concentrated effort on those combinations of muscle groups improves posture and increases flexibility as well.

Planks offer a variety of modifications, side planks, planks with arm & leg extensions, weighted planks, knee touches, high planks and low planks.

Here's a few tips to help you get the most out of them.
👩‍🏫Tip 1: Spare yourself unnecessary spinal compression by preventing your head and belly from sagging to the floor.
👩‍🏫Tip 2: Tighten your core and shoulder girdle so that you are one straight line from the top of your skull to your ankles.
