🥥1 (13oz) can full-fat coconut milk
✅1 Whole organic lime, pulp skin and zest.
🌿1.5tbs MonkFruit (Or 2tbs Stevia or 1.5tbs Lao Han Gao)
▪1 Tbs Chia Seed
⚛1 Scoop PerfectAmino Cool Lime Amino Acid Drink.
Combine it all in a blender, including the whole lime (Minus only seeds).
Blend continuously until there are no pieces visible and it's 1 smooth liquid.
Taste and adjust as necessary with sweetener.
Pour into mold, freeze for 3+ hours and enjoy.
