Lime In The Coconut Chia Protein Popsicle

Here in Florida, it's summertime year round, and it's always perfect Popsicle weather here. You can cool down all year round too with our lime in the coconut chia pop recipe. This twist on a summer favorite is fantastic as a healthy low impact treat with lots of flavor. Totally jazzed up with our EAA powder, it satisfies and nourishes at the same time.

Ingredients:

  • 🥥1 (13oz) can full-fat coconut milk
  • ✅1 Whole organic lime, pulp skin and zest.
  • 🌿1.5tbs MonkFruit (Or 2tbs Stevia or 1.5tbs Lao Han Gao)
  • ▪1 Tbs Chia Seed
  • ⚛1 Scoop PerfectAminoXP Lemon Lime.
Instructions:
  1. Combine it all in a blender, including the whole lime (Minus only seeds).
  2. Blend continuously until there are no pieces visible and it's 1 smooth liquid.
  3. Taste and adjust as necessary with sweetener.
  4. Pour into mold, freeze for 3+ hours and enjoy.
