Shipping Policy

 

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING CLASSES:

BodyHealth utilizes USPS, UPS and DHL shipping services. Most orders are shipped via USPS 1st class or priority mail. Larger orders are shipped via UPS.

 

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING TIMES:

Products are shipped from our warehouse in Clearwater, Florida and usually ship between 2-3 business days from the date the order was created.  However, in many cases we are able to ship within 1-2 days at most. 

 

Once your package has left the BodyHealth warehouse, please allow 2-3 day transit time for priority shipments and 4-7 days for standard shipments.  Please note that transit times are not guaranteed and are subject to the carriers themselves.

International orders are subject to additional taxes and duty fees. These added fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 3 - EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Once your package has left the BodyHealth warehouse, please allow 1-2 day transit time for USPS Priority Mail Express, 2-3 days transit for UPS 2nd day air, and 1-2 days for UPS Overnight.  

PLEASE NOTE: Our BodyHealth offices are closed Saturday's and Sundays, which includes our shipping department, we do not ship on these days. This means if you place an order on line on Saturday and select 'UPS Next Day Air' your item will not show up until the following Tuesday.

 

SECTION 4 - FREE SHIPPING:

All domestic retail orders are shipped free of charge as our gift to you, except for Kaqun water products or unless otherwise specified.

Domestic includes all contiguous states as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO.

Free shipping offer is via USPS first class or priority mail. 

 

SECTION 5 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We use International carriers including DHL Express International, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide and others, providing tracking numbers upon shipment. Please note that each carrier has different tracking methods, so be sure to check their respective websites for terms and conditions.

Shipping times may vary for all carriers, so we encourage you to check the shipping estimates when selecting shipping methods at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, please be aware that shipping and customs delays for international shipments are common and beyond our control.

Our shipping fees are consolidated and include shipping, taxes and duty fees all in one. This ensures that you have no surprises with these fees and ensures that your order reaches your doorstep without being stopped at the border.

International shipping costs and duty fees are non-refundable.

For any additional inquiries regarding taxes, duties, VAT, or other fees, please contact the customs/importation department in your country.
