The Lean Body / Lean Bulk Guide

This guide and the accompanying protocol aim to achieve one of a few things, depending on what someone’s goals are:

We may just want to attain a lean, toned and shaped body. An hourglass shape for women or a V-shape for men. This is the Lean Body portion of the protocol.

We may want to build significant lean muscle without adding excess body fat that has to be worked off afterwards through cutting or fasting. This is Advanced Lean Bulking.

Or we may what to achieve something somewhere in between. That's fine. This protocol was designed to be tailored to an individual person — where we are at now and we they want to be — so we can achieve our goals.

But this isn't just a program where we count calories and workout.

If we want to build lean muscle without the excess body fat of bulking, or attain a lean, toned and shaped body and keep it, we need to do more that.

We need to look at digestion, cravings, recovery, sleep, energy levels, blood flow and hormones.

The diet is specifically designed to raise levels of fat burning and muscle building factors, while lowering fat-creating and muscle-destroying factors to where they should naturally be.

There are also different levels of intensity for the workout regimen depending on if we’re just beginning or if we’re already an advanced weight lifter or would like to be.

Cardiovascular Series

The Heart & Cardiovascular Series brings together in-depth articles that explore how the heart and vascular system function, what influences their performance, and how lifestyle factors like diet, stress, and circulation play a role in long-term cardiovascular resilience. The collection challenges common assumptions about cholesterol and blood pressure while explaining the mechanisms behind circulation, vascular health, and system support.

Together, these resources offer practical insight and evidence-based context for supporting strong circulation and a well-functioning cardiovascular system within everyday routines.

Gut Support Guide

Our gut is one of the most important aspects of our health. If our gut is generally healthy, so are we. If our gut is not healthy, then neither are we. It really is that simple.

It's where over 80% of our immune system is.

It's more connected to our nerves and brain than any other part of our body, affecting mental clarity, alertness and mood.

It affects hormones, can cause or prevent cravings for sugar and junk food, helps us to burn body fat or prevents it, helps us to build lean muscle or prevents it, affects our skin health, affects our sleep, our energy levels and even our cardiovascular system.

It's our first and best defense against harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites and toxins coming in through food and water and, when affected, can even cause the immune system to mistakenly attack good our cells.

In fact, the health of the gut could be used as a sort of measuring stick of longevity.

In the Gut Support Guide we cover every aspect of Gut Health: how it works, what causes what, how to know what is happening in our body and with an exact protocol to address all of it.

Stress Series

High stress levels are a leading issue in society today, with over half of Americans reporting they feel moderately to significantly stressed during the day.

Even more, our mental stress levels affect our physical health.

Mental stress raises our cortisol levels, which in turn throw other hormones out of balance. It reduces the ability to get deep, restorative sleep, causes weight gain, slows or prevents muscle building, and lowers energy levels.

Stress also reduces the ability to recover from exercise and injury, and lowers overall health.

But while mental stress raises physical stress levels, this is not one-sided. Physical stress levels can raise and magnify mental and emotional stress levels. In fact, our physical and mental stress levels work in tandem, each raising or lowering the other.

So what causes us to be stressed? How do we achieve a more even-keeled mood, more able to calmly face the challenges life presents? How do we become the most alert and competent we can be mentally, while at the same time being able to relax when we need or want to, or when it's time to sleep?

Longevity Series

If we want to increase longevity, actually increase lifespan and overall health and ability during the entirety of that lifespan, then we need to look at some things.

We need to define what we’re talking about and, even more, compare the current “norm” we’ve become accustomed to… to what not only can exist, but does exist in other places today.

There are many issues we currently attribute to aging. We could make a whole list of them. But are these actually from aging or are they just what we’ve become accustomed to seeing.

And that’s the first thing we need to look at. Because many things we currently see as “natural aging” are not. They are from abnormal aging.

And they don’t have to exist. At least not to the degree that they do in our current society.

No. Getting older doesn’t have to mean getting weaker, slower, sicker, feebler, or more dependent.

There’s something else at work here.

There are issues that come with aging. And then there are conditions that accelerate the aging process and bring about the exacerbated issues we see today.

And in this series we’re going to cover them: where they come from, how they affect us and what we can do about them.
