What Do Our Customers Have To Say?

The True Science of Protein

Increase Lean Muscle. Boost Performance. Speed Recovery. By giving your body what it actually needs.

What Is Perfect Amino?

Here's the fast answer:

What Is PerfectAmino?

Here's the fast answer:

PerfectAmino is pure essential amino acids in a form and ratio that is both 99% utilized by the body to build new protein and collagen, and completely absorbed into the bloodstream within an average of 23 minutes - by anyone, no matter the state of their digestive system.

Why do I emphasize 99%? Because no other protein is. And it's this 99% utilization which gives it less than 1 calorie for the protein equivalent of 30 grams of whey.

See, most powders are less than 20% utilized for building new protein. And that's the key. Because what isn't utilized for protein building... is converted to sugar or fat. And that is where the actual calories come from - the 80%.

I'll say that again. 80%. That's a lot.

That's why you have to bulk and cut or go on stringent diets - because you think you're getting straight protein when actually getting mostly sugar, which triggers fat storage.

You wouldn't have to do this dieting juggling act if it was all utilized for protein.

Because without these low quality protein powders you wouldn't get that excess layer of fat - just muscle.

BodyHealth_PerfectAmino_Woman_In_Blue_Holding_PA_In_Front_Of_Pool.jpg__PID:61e2b5bb-2577-4966-8ea8-fee5335eb812

And that's where PerfectAmino comes in. PerfectAmino is pure essential amino acids in the exact ratio needed by the human body to make new protein and collagen without waste or calories. It won't even break a fast.

It's literally the perfect protein for the human body. Nothing else comes close.

PerfectAmino is 100% Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free and Sugar-Free.

Plus, if taken 20-30 minutes before a workout, it will be fully absorbed into your bloodstream by the time you start and able to help repair micro-tears in the muscle as they occur. This dramatically improves endurance and recovery time.

And, as it's 99% utilized, it can be used to prevent muscle loss during Intermittent Fasting and even gain lean muscle.

If you're looking to get stronger and leaner, perform better and recover faster... If you want an actually clean protein source without the toxins and without the calories... And if you want to avoid blood sugar spikes, bloating, and fatigue tied to badly digested proteins...

Then you need to try PerfectAmino.

How Are Protein Sources So Different?

How Are Protein Sources So Different?

It's all in the ratio of the Essential Amino Acids

It's all in the ratio of the Essential Amino Acids

Every plant or animal has its own specific essential amino acid needs in different amounts. And this is no different for the human body.

So what we get from these different sources isn't necessarily the ratio and amounts that we need, as each source has a different amount and ratio to give.

For example, whey, pea and soy proteins are only 16%-18% essential amino acids in the correct ratio one to another that the human body can use to make new protein and collagen. The rest are non-essential amino acids that aren't used or "extra" essential amino acids that couldn't be paired.

This means that only 18% of whey is actually used to make new protein... The rest is converted to sugar. This excess sugar, if it can't be immediately used, then triggers fat storage.

Now, some people will say that if you only have some of the EAAs then these will be mixed with other EAAs from other sources. This isn't true for one main reason: Your body can't store amino acids for later use. It can store fat. It can store sugars in the form of glycogen. But has no way to store amino acids.

Amino acids will stay in the blood stream for only about 2-3 hours before being converted to sugar if they can't be paired with other essential amino acids.

This means two things: 1) We're not getting nearly as much actual protein as we think, and 2) We also have a large source of hidden sugars in our diet - not very helpful when trying to get lean and healthy.

PerfectAmino is pure Essential Amino Acids and nothing else. It is 100% vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Soy-Free and Dairy-Free.

It has no fillers, coatings or additives, just the essential amino acids in a form that is 99% utilized to build new protein and collagen for muscle, skin, hair, bones, nerves, endocrine function, ligaments and tendons. And, as it's 99% utilized, this means almost no calories.

In fact, one serving of PerfectAmino is equivalent to 30 grams of protein from whey. But instead of the 120 calories that comes along with it... with PerfectAmino, you get 2. This makes it perfect for preventing muscle loss during Intermittent fasting as it can be taken before a workout without breaking a fast.

It is literally the cleanest, most utilized, protein source there is.

It's also in a form that is fully absorbed into the blood stream in an average of 23 minutes. So, if taken 20-30 minutes before a workout, it will be present in the bloodstream and able to help repair micro-tears in the muscle as they occur, improving energy and endurance as well as much faster recoveries and lean gains.

For building lean, toned muscle, without the calories or excess fat gain - and improving skin and hair - there is nothing better. And it comes with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee, so if it's not everything we say it is, we'll give you a full refund.

How Protein Utilization Works

And why Whey may be getting in the road of your goals

The difference between essential and non-essential amino acids isn't that any are actually less "essential" than others. It's that your body cannot produce the ones called "essential amino acids" on its own. It HAS to get them from outside sources.

BodyHealth_PerfectAmino_Man_Taking_Supplements_Kitchen_Counter.jpg__PID:23f43d56-762f-4279-94bf-7739eadc71b3

But, when it gets all of the essential amino acids from an outside source, then it can use them to make any of the other "non-essential" amino acids it needs.

But they have to be in the right ratio. What do I mean by that? It's not as simple of having one of each. More of some are needed and less of others. A bicycle has 2 tires, 1 frame, 1 handle bar, 1 chain, 2 brakes and 1 seat. You need all of those to make a bike, but a tire or handle bar won't make you another whole bike. So if you had 3 wheels to start with you'd be left with an extra you couldn't use. And that's the problem.

The same is true when dealing with amino acids. too much of one or another cannot be used and is excess. Similarly, excess non-essential amino acids are almost wholly not utilized. Only what the body NEEDS is used.

And as the body can't store amino acids for use later, to pair them with new amino acids coming in, it has two choices. It can convert them to direct energy, glucose (blood sugar), and then eliminate them via the kidneys and urine, or it can store them as fat.

The main thing that determines which it does is metabolism. How much excess sugar can the body burn?

That's why as we get older it's easier to gain weight and harder to lose it. Our metabolism is slower. So if it's given low-utilization proteins like whey then more starts being converted to fats and less to sugars to be burned.

But when given the all of the Essential Amino Acids in the exact ratio, no matter the age it can put them all to use. So how do different protein sources score as far as utilization rates?

Different Proteins Are Utilized at Different Rates

And some are VERY bad
We'll start at the bottom rung of the ladder: BCAAs.

Anabolic Pathways - Usable Body Protein

As these cannot on their own be turned into protein for the body without the other essential amino acids, they are almost wholly useless at 1%. This takes into account any excess EAAs in the blood stream from other protein sources.

Whey, Soy and Pea Powders. These average between 16-18% utilization with the rest being converted to glucose or fats. High levels of these and/or BCAAs cause trouble for the kidneys and are responsible for that ammonia smell some people get in their sweat or urine.

Collagen Powder rates vary depending on the different types or amounts of amino acids added to them. They range anywhere from 16-30% utilization.

Red Meats, Fish and Poultry are utilized at 32%.

And Whole Eggs are utilized at 48%. Note they must be whole eggs. the whites, sometimes taken alone to avoid fats, are utilized at 16%.

PerfectAmino, as it is pure Essential Amino Acids in an exact ratio -- and nothing else -- is utilized at 99%. This is according to blood and urine tests.

And since they are almost completely utilized, there is virtually no waste and only 2 calories per serving.

The Efficacy of Essential Amino Acids (EAAs)

There is actually a LOT of background research on this blend of Amino Acids. This isn’t just “theory” or an idea someone concocted.

Here’s more on that:

It was found that you see significant muscle-preserving effects from essential amino acid supplements when ingested, especially during training in a fasted or ketotic state. This includes decreased indicators of muscle damage and maintenance of a healthy inflammatory response. [1]

This means that if you took some essential amino acids, and consumed nothing else, you wouldn’t “cannibalize” as much lean muscle during a fasted workout session.

It would be the same for working out during or after a long intermittent fast, a bout of ketosis, a marathon, Ironman Triathlon or any other long event.

Then there is the study showing that consuming an essential amino acid mix after intense resistance training actually increased muscle protein growth and net muscle protein balance, indicating that taking these essential amino acids post-workout may stimulate faster muscle repair, recovery and growth. [2]

Another study showed the potential for these Essential Amino Acids to cause muscle growth and regeneration because they are a potent rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1) activator (activates cell growth), causing muscle satellite cell proliferation (for healing after injury). This gives them similar muscle building potential as to a large steak, but WITHOUT the large number of calories, preparation time or digestive strain.[3]

BodyHealth_PerfectAmino_Alexis_On_The_Tennis_Court.jpg__PID:0c7e5251-8203-443b-b857-fe589e50b6a6

Also, as you get older, your muscles produce less, or have a delayed ability to proliferate satellite cells in response to exercise. This is bad, especially when considering that satellite cells are essential for skeletal-muscle regeneration. However, it was found that those who consumed these Essential Amino Acids after resistance exercise had a far greater satellite cell proliferation capacity than those who didn’t supplement. [4]

This is very important, especially if you're interested in anti-aging, since muscle mass and resistance training keep you young.

Lastly, there was a study with a 51 year old female who walked across the Taklimakan desert in China, consuming these Essential Amino Acids as her ONLY protein source. She finished the trek in 24 days after which she underwent numerous tests concluding that she showed no muscle loss and was in excellent health.

Essential Amino Acids

And Their Impact on Low Carb and Keto Regimens

Ketosis is a state wherein your body switches to fat-burning for fuel. This is good, but many people who experiment with Ketosis, or carbohydrate restriction, experience muscle loss (catabolism) as a result.

There are two reasons for this: 1) Inadequate levels of amino acids from protein and 2) Many people, in their effort to attain ketosis, mistakenly restrict protein consumption so as not to spike their blood glucose and thus they are thrown out of ketosis.

Sticking to a low-carb diet (or fasting) can actually be much easier when essential amino acids are present.

For starters, EAAs won’t break your state of ketosis, unlike major food sources of protein like steak and eggs. EAAs also allow you to maintain and build muscle — something you simply can't do with BCAAs alone.

And, with only four calories in a 5-tablet serving of PerfectAmino, all in the right forms and ratios and 99% utilized, they won’t turn into sugar and they won’t spike your levels.

Lastly, as PerfectAmino enters your blood stream within 23 minutes, it can be consumed during a strict, fat-based ketosis diet as a primary source of protein throughout the day for energy and performance.

This strategy can significantly help one remain in ketosis while performing at a very high level.

What Is Perfect Amino?

The Perfect Protein Source

The Building Blocks of the Body

PerfectAmino is the ideal protein supplement. It is beneficial not only for Crossfitters and biohackers, but also for those interested in daily health and performance, those suffering from chronic illness, individuals recovering from injury or surgery, seniors interested in prevention of muscle loss, mothers wanting to ensure their breast milk has the nutrients their child needs to grow strong and healthy, childhood illness and physical conditions, and many others.

Essential amino acids are literally the building blocks of the body, without which the body cannot properly heal. Thus their effect is quite far-reaching.

What's Inside of PerfectAmino?

PerfectAmino is a pure, vegan supplement that contains all 8 essential amino acids. Each one is essential, meaning you must obtain it from a food source - your body will not produce it.

Here's what each of those amino acids does:

TRYPTOPHAN
 - Encourages the release of vital neurotransmitters and hormones for mood and sleep, such as serotonin and melatonin.*

LYSINE - If deficient, may result in a niacin deficiency (Vitamin B), as well as slow connective tissue repair.*

METHIONINE - Supplies sulfur and the other compounds you need for optimum metabolism and growth.*

VALINE - Needed for your muscle fibers to fire, for tissue repair, and for the maintenance of proper nitrogen balance in the body.*

LEUCINE - Stimulates muscle protein synthesis and may be the dominant fuel involved in anabolic (tissue building) reactions.*

As you can see, each of the essential amino acids have specific functions for your body. They are very important and you need to have them in your system, ready for use.

PerfectAmino tablets have no binders, coatings, fillers, or anything else — just the amino acids themselves.

1 tablet of PerfectAmino is precisely 1 gram of PURE protein. In comparison, 1 tablet would be equivalent to 6 grams of whey protein, 3 grams of meat protein, or 2 grams of egg protein. But with none of the hormones, GMOs, carbs or calories!

PerfectAmino is vegan sourced, non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and is extremely clean and pure.

Taking 5-10 grams of PerfectAmino every day is recommended. It will be in your system within 23 minutes or less. On days you are doing resistance training, or if you’re not feeling well, take another 5-10. And if you’re training extremely hard, or if you’re recovering from surgery, take yet another 5-10. Just don’t exceed 30 in a day — PerfectAmino is very potent.

What Happens To Unutilized Protein?

More on Protein and How Your Body Use It

Not All Protein Is Bad

None of this is to say that protein from food is all bad. There is nothing wrong with going out for dinner or eating eggs in the morning. You should still consume dietary foods.

But it is important to know what happens to food when you consume it.

There are two pathways in the body. Catabolic and anabolic. In simple terms, Catabolic means un-used or wasted and Anabolic means simply used.

So when you eat a chicken breast, 32% of the amino acids from it get used (Anabolic). They are broken down and reconstituted as new muscle in your bicep, or tendons, skin, etc.

But 68%, after being broken down, are not able to be used (Catabolic) as the necessary ratios of each of the amino acids are not present. These leftovers are turned into nitrogen waste and eliminated from the body.

PerfectAmino is 99% anabolic. It is ALL used.
