In order to maintain pricing integrity, you will not be permitted to re-sell BodyHealth products on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com, Jet.com or other online marketplaces. However we encourage distribution in private medical and alternative medical practices, health food stores, or health-supplement related websites. Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies will be enforced for pricing integrity and to ensure product value stays intact. We hope you can appreciate the importance of this as much as we do.

BodyHealth products may not be re-sold or distributed on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com, Jet.com or other online marketplaces, without express, written consent from the General Manager or owner of BodyHealth.
An example of some acceptable re-sellers would be:

At BodyHealth, we stand behind our products 100% and will always replace any defective products, however, bulk wholesale orders placed for BodyHealth products are non-refundable. In the event of defective merchandise, after receiving a report and documentation of the issue, BodyHealth will promptly send sufficient replacement products, or alternates if desired.
