A Word From Dr. David Minkoff
The human body is a complex organism that evolved through millions of
years into what we are today. Every aspect of it has exact functions and
exact needs that must be met for optimal survival. And when something
is off, it doesn’t just sit there doing nothing. It may be quiet. It may be out
of sight. But that deficiency in our diet, those toxins in our food or in the
water we drink or the air we breathe, all of these things — they have
consequences.
They set up chain reactions that affect us days, weeks or even years in
the future. And, more often than not, we never even know anything’s
wrong until we’re faced with the end result. They may show up as little
things now: fatigue, digestive troubles, headaches or skin issues. But
over time these "little things" develop into something more: disease,
debilitating conditions, hospital visits, or worse.
