The spray extender is sold separately and replaces the pump spray on your bottle of Metal-Free™ or Body Detox.  The spray extender helps deliver the product to the back of the throat, therefore bypassing any metal fillings and reducing the risk of wasted product that might become attached to the fillings in the mouth.

The spray extender can easily be transferred between both the Metal-Free and Body Detox bottles, but if you're taking both regularly, you may want to get two!
