Impress your healthy active lifestyle guests with this awesome healthy peppermint Mocha recipe. It's sure to be huge hit!
1 cup of organic unsweetened vanilla coconut milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
¼ cup of brewed organic espresso (1 large shot)
¼ teaspoon organic peppermint extract
½ teaspoon organic raw cacao powder
1 pinch monkfruit or 1/4tsp stevia.
Warm milk in a pan
Whisk in peppermint, cacao powder and sweetener.
Froth until milk texture is foamy. You can also whisk vigorously for about a minute if you don’t have a handheld frother.
Pour milk into mug and top with espresso.
Garnish with mint leaves, peppermint sticks, cacao nibs, marshmallow, or non-dairy whipped topping
