Healthy Vegan Sugar-Free Peppermint Mocha Recipe

Healthy Peppermint Mocha Recipe
Vegan / Paleo / Sugar-Free / Organic

Impress your healthy active lifestyle guests with this awesome healthy peppermint Mocha recipe. It's sure to be huge hit!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic unsweetened vanilla coconut milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • ¼ cup of brewed organic espresso (1 large shot)
  • ¼ teaspoon organic peppermint extract
  • ½ teaspoon organic raw cacao powder
  • 1 pinch monkfruit or 1/4tsp stevia.

Directions:

  1. Warm milk in a pan
  2. Whisk in peppermint, cacao powder and sweetener.
  3. Froth until milk texture is foamy. You can also whisk vigorously for about a minute if you don’t have a handheld frother.
  4. Pour milk into mug and top with espresso.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves, peppermint sticks, cacao nibs, marshmallow, or non-dairy whipped topping
  6. Enjoy!!
